Welcome to the Naples Valley

Let's take a trip in to the Naples Valley:
Beautiful  Canandaigua Lake
Naples is located at the south end of Canandaigua Lake
Here we are at the top of county road 12,  about 3 miles from my home .

County road 12 takes you into the Naples valley.

Here's my Apartment House

And now,
Across the street from my Apartment house

Here's why everything in Naples is PURPLE!

Grapes have been grown here since the 1800s

Every hill, every open field here is a grape vineyard!

As you walk through town you'll see purple on houses.

The businesses and even the police department have purple grapes

Here's one of the ambulances that Mike drives.

To be able to live here among the vineyards and wonderful mountains  is such a joy and blessing.

Mike and I walk almost every day and just love it!
We never tire of the beauty!

God's handiwork is so amazing!

Did you enjoy our little road trip?

Thanks so much for coming along!
Have a save trip back home

Hope you'll want to visit again!

I'll be showing off a few of my new cinnamon creations,
until then...

Great Big Gentle Hugs and Showers of Blessings,

  1. Hey Trudy, Great Pics! Just love taking a tour like this.

  2. Hi Trudy,
I have never seen a real vineyard because of course, we don't have them here. Must be a beautiful place to live or visit. Thank you for your visit and have a wonderful weekend.

  3. Hi Trudy,
Oh I just loved your town tour. You live in a gorgeous place. I can see why you feel so blessed. Love the info about the grapes. I grew up with my grandpa as a wine maker and my last post before Mother's Day shares this. We now live near a town called Grapevine and it too has many vineyards.
I love you apartment house and your view is incredible.
Thank you for stopping by and your kind words.
Blessings to you my friend and have a great weekend.
Looking forward to your new creations.
    Hugs, Celestina Marie

  4. I love all the purple, one of my favorite colors.
    It's all beautiful.

  5. A purple town! I love it. Really cute cinnamon creations - your home must smell sooo good. Etsy is easy to set up - just go for it. The best way is to just do it - it doesn't cost anything to have a store and listings are 20 cents for 3 months! So for next to nothing you can get set up - you'll need paypal so do that if you don't already have it. Best of luck to you. xo Nancy

  6. Hi Trudy, thanks for stopping by my blog and leaving such a sweet comment! You live in an absolutely gorgeous area! Are you near Lake George? My college roommate's family had a home there and it truly is one of the most beautiful areas I have ever visited. Your pictures reminded me of that area. Have a wonderful week, Nan

  7. What a lovely place to live! Thanks for stopping by my blog and leaving a sweet comment. Please let me know when your Etsy shop is opened. I would love to stop by and check it out :)
